Good Hotel Experience

helpful staff spacious room good shower

The reception guy who did my check in was lovely. He was very knowledgeable on the city and showed me places on the map. My room was spacious and it had a good shower. The hotel bar was excellent.

The room felt very dark, and it became the smallest room from the cities I visited. Breakfast was not included with a charge of €25 each day. I also saw an electrical socket hanging off the wall. It did not show the best condition.

The hotel offered good facilities for travelers. Local bars are steps away from the hotel. This makes it handy for a nightcap. It is a five minute walk from a metro station and one stop from the main square.

The breakfast was very good and healthy. I appreciated the fresh options they provided. There were many choices available. I felt satisfied with the selection.

My room was nice and neat. When I told the attendant I wanted still water, they changed it quickly. The shampoos smelled great with bergamot. My tea and coffee in the room was renewed each day.

central location quick access

The location is unbeatable I could walk to nearly every tourist attraction. The underground station is also close providing quick access to the palaces and other sites I wanted to visit.

The room was quite dark I feel brighter lighting would have improved the ambiance.

tasteful furnishing comfortable bed convenient location food aftertaste limited options poor soundproofing

the room was tastefully furnished and an okay size. the bed was reasonably comfortable. the location was very convenient, right in the inner stadt.

The breakfast was fair at best. Some food had an odd aftertaste. options were somewhat limited. i could hear everything happening in other rooms. It was difficult to rest well.

noisy elevator soiled mattress

the location was acceptable , right in the city center and close to the metro.

my room was right next to the elevator , so i heard it frequently. the mattress under the sheet was heavily soiled , though i could sleep on the other side of the bed.
